1. Portal purpose
This portal is provided for authorised Channel Partners to create an account and register genuine client leads for projects available on the portal.
2. Accurate information
You confirm that the CP, firm, address, RERA/KYC and client details submitted by you are accurate and may be used for verification and operational records.
3. Client consent
You confirm that you have a lawful basis and the client's permission to share the client's contact details and lead information for property enquiry, follow-up and site-visit coordination.
4. Lead registration
Lead registration is subject to duplicate checks and portal records. A generated Lead ID is the portal reference for the submitted lead. Duplicate or conflicting registrations may be reviewed by Kaleido Realty.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activities performed through your account. Do not share passwords with unauthorised persons.
6. Data use & communication consent
You consent to the collection and use of registration and lead-related information for CP verification, lead management, communication, reporting, compliance and portal administration.
7. Misuse
False registrations, unauthorised data sharing, misuse of client information or attempts to manipulate lead ownership may result in account restriction or suspension.
8. Updates
Kaleido Realty may update portal processes or these terms when operational or compliance requirements change. Continued use may require acceptance of updated terms.
